		<description>Very, very, very well put! The 30 day challenge was definitely an interesting experience and experiment. I&#039;m glad I did it, I don&#039;t think I&#039;d do it again, though. But, that mainly has to do with the way I work. I&#039;d rather wait for the 30 days to be done and then do all 30 days worth of goodies in a couple days. Yeah, this is probably bad for some portions of it, but it&#039;s how I work and knowing that is half the battle.
